We would class this as a medium sized solution, great for bigger kitchen islands with a higher ceiling or as a centrally placed pendant in a lounge, bedroom or entrance/hallway.
Its deep metal shade makes it a fabulous task light paired with a high wattage bulb, the shade pushes the light down onto the surface below. This pendant does not provide ambient light 'outwards" the light does not radiate, rather focusing light downwards.
