Availability and supply
All orders are subject to the availability of those products and/or services. We source our products from a variety of different suppliers in different countries and we endeavour to provide updates on times and other info for relative products on our Website. Due to a number of factors we can never be 100% accurate with dispatch times and stock quantities.
Delivery and delivery charges
In New Zealand, we only deliver to street addresses - we cannot ship to a PO box.
Deliveries are via Team Global Express couriers. We strive for shipment from our Paeroa warehouse within 7 days of an order being made (if in stock), but again, due to a number of factors we cannot guarantee this. All orders are handled chronologically regardless of size or monetary value. Please contact us at info@mrralph.co.nz if you need your delivery before a certain date and we will be able to provide you with a more specific ETA.
*If there are additional shipping charges based on your order these will be calculated at the checkout. Additional shipping charges only apply to Maker iO products, the Luca pendants and any orders under $100 value.
Pricing
An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.
Shopping from a New Zealand IP address, all prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Shopping from an Australian IP address, all prices are in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of any Goods and Services Tax (GST). There will be additional charges applied by Australian Customs to any orders over AUD$1000 value.
