Mr Ralph has one, and only one beautiful flagship studio, we are a busy e-commerce business, dealing with a large number of trade and commercial clients daily, and sending beautiful lighting to homes all over New Zealand and Australia.
When it came to location , we chose one place, and we chose it intentionally. Gordonton sits in this lovely sweet spot that makes it easier to reach than you might expect. It's a comfortable drive from Auckland and the Bay of Plenty, and only ten minutes out of Hamilton, in the Waikato. We've discovered that people are happy to travel to see lighting in real life, and the the benefits of our Studio location make the trip worthwhile.
It's genuinely stress free out here, with loads of free onsite parking and a great coffee machine, set in a beautiful calm rural area, and plenty of other great businesses in the area - you can easily make a day of it! Next door is The Mandarin Tree gallery, and 200m down the road is the fabulous Matte Black cafe, as well as Woodland Historic home and gardens, and their cafe Garden Grove, Wayne Good and his Antique shed and interior design business Arkanda, and we are only a short drive to Wairere Nursery and Zealong Tea Estate - Gordonton really has so much to offer!
The Mr Ralph studio features 400sqm of Lighting displayed, you can appreciate the scale and see the materials in real life, everything featured on the website is here to see, plus you can get sneak peeks of new nuggets that haven’t been launched yet!
My team offer free lighting consultations, no obligation, we have a wealth of experience and have a real passion to help. Bring along plans, photos and samples, we will spend as much time as you need, Lighting can be overwhelming, we appreciate that everyone has a budget and their own style, it’s our mission for you to leave with more clarity and some ideas that work for you.
Our team have never had sales targets, I have a very strong belief that this strategy guarantees that whatever we recommend is because it’s the right solution for you, not because we are suggesting products that are more expensive.
Gordonton is not only our lighting studio, but also our office, photography studio, customer service hub and our trade and commercial base. We all love working together here, designing products, staging photos and answering calls and emails from all over the country.
